Community Guidelines
Effective date: 22 July 2026
Kollo is for sharing memories with friends and approved collection participants. These rules apply to profiles, invitations, collections, photos, videos, messages to support, and reports.
-
Do not harass, threaten, bully, stalk, shame, exploit, or intimidate anyone. Do not repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop, and do not evade a block.
-
Never upload, request, share, or promote child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving anyone under 18. Do not groom, exploit, or endanger minors.
-
Do not share intimate, sexual, secretly recorded, or manipulated intimate content without clear consent. Think carefully before uploading images of other people, especially in private situations.
-
Do not attack people based on protected characteristics. Do not praise or encourage terrorism, violent extremism, credible threats, or serious real-world violence.
-
Do not share graphic violence, gore, or content that glorifies or promotes self-harm or suicide. If you're struggling, please reach out to a local crisis line or someone you trust.
-
Users must not expose private information and should only share content they own or have permission to distribute, including respecting others' copyright.
-
Do not impersonate others, scam users, send spam, manipulate invitations, evade enforcement, distribute malware, attack the service, bypass limits, or attempt unauthorized access.
-
Use reports honestly and include enough context for review. Do not file false, retaliatory, or abusive reports.
Blocking prevents new friend requests and new collection invitations. It does not automatically remove users from existing shared collections. Do not try to evade a block through another account or person.
-
Depending on severity and history, Kollo may remove content, restrict features, remove collection access, warn, suspend, or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or notify authorities where required.
Report users, collections, photos, or videos through the in-app report option. For support, contact edvin.lapinski@gmail.com. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
-
If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, contact support at edvin.lapinski@gmail.com and we'll review it.
-
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services right away. Kollo is not able to monitor content in real time and is not an emergency response service.
